Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and if you are not happy with your purchases, you can return the full priced items in its original condition within 14 days of post marked date for a full refund. 

All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

Returns are usually processed within a 5-7 business days of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition(unwashed, unstained, unworn and unaltered) with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box. Returns received on worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you.

To return your online purchase to the store, you must bring in your packing slip receipt or we will not be able to process the return.
